  • Just Sold!

    There is nothing better than coming home after a long journey. So, I’m excited to announce that after a lengthy search some of  my buyers just closed on a home in the Heart of Burbank. Which means I’ve also got some new neighbors! What is better is that with the help of Burbank’s Logix Credit Union, we closed escrow on the home in a speedy 29 days!

    As I sit here staring at some sort of liquid falling from the sky, I have vague memories of this happening before.

    Rain? That’s what it’s called right? I’ve heard of it before. As a lifelong Southern Californian, it’s easy to be confused when it’s not warm and sunny out, even when we aren’t in epic drought conditions.
